We often hear that people are the best and the most challenging part of any business or organization. That’s where we come in! Our partners have spent their entire careers working with people…teaching, coaching, mentoring, leading and assisting. Read on to find out about each partner.

Leah Braun

Leah Braun is Senior Partner with Nsight Partners. Leah retired from the South Dakota National Guard at the rank of Master Sergeant after 22 years of military service, where she began to hone her passion for working with people.

Leah has a teaching degree from BHSU and a Master of Science in Administrative Studies with an emphasis in Counseling from USD. Leah is a Certified Professional Coach, credentialed through the International Coach Federation. A career highlight for Leah was being awarded the ‘Friend of Small Business Award’ by the SD CEO in May 2017.

Leah recently graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. When Leah isn’t working in Nsight Partners she’s working in the family business – Twilight First Aid & Safety, a B2B company that provides first aid and safety products and partnership to a wide variety of industries in the region.

Working in Twilight gives her a real opportunity to get the inside scoop on running a small business. When she’s not working, she can be found running, hiking and biking the trails of South Dakota, gardening, cooking or hanging out with her husband and three kids.

Adam Braun

Adam Braun, Partner with Nsight Partners, had a 15-year career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry where he supported and partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Intel, GE, Cisco, Yahoo, Capital One and Microsoft.

His capabilities include: sales motivation and strategy, customer satisfaction insight and design, business process improvement, international outsourcing,  contract negotiations and account management, social media strategy moderation, group facilitation, cross functional project management, customer experience mapping, and data analysis and interpretation.

Adam is also co-owner of Twilight First Aid & Safety. Adam was born and raised in Rapid City, SD, where he still lives with his wife, Leah. They have three (mostly) grown children. He enjoys anything in the Black Hills as well as a good hot tub soak.

Dr. Bill Meirose

Dr. Bill Meirose, Partner with Nsight Partners, adds a strong civic and faith element to Nsight Partner’s course offerings.

Bill has extensive experience in providing personality profiling, family and personal relationship coaching and seminars, suicide intervention training and prevention courses, and a variety of other relationship- and business-based training packages.

Dr. Meirose is retired from the South Dakota National Guard and has an EdD in adult and higher education. A recent position was as the Executive Director of the South Dakota Joining Forces Initiative,whose mission is to bring community resources together to better serve Veterans.

He is currently serving as the Life INC Program Director for Love INC of the Black Hills.  He also pastors a church part-time in Union Center, SD.

Dr. Helen Usera

Helen Usera
Dr. Helen Usera is a Partner with Nsight Partners. Helen has been a business consultant for the past 18 years focusing primarily on nonprofit management, leadership development and strategic planning. She has additional skills in meeting facilitation and training.
Helen received her Doctorate of Education in School Administration from the University of Kansas. Her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees were earned at Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, Kansas. Helen has been recognized as a Friend of Small Business by SD CEO and Woman of Distinction by the Girl Scouts Dakota Horizons.
Being a partner with Nsight provides Helen with opportunities to continue to mentor and support women in business, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations. Helen currently resides in Texas and provides consultation to the Nsight Partners team.
